CNY
Today's the 6th day of CNY. Hope everyone had an enjoyable CNY celebration last weekend. By this time everyone's bank accounts should be fattened by a few hundred dollars.. hehe.. me too..
Every year I dread visiting my realatives.. I'm always afraid that i might call the wrong person by the wrong name(had bad experiences before). Sometimes I don't know what to say to the relatives that i only meet once a year. It gets very awkward to have to sit down there and have nothing to talk about.
However, I think this year was better.. I managed to interact with one of my cousins whom i've not spoken to.. for like about 3 years? And I had a little talk with my nieces who are only 6 and 7 years my junior.. Told them the password for my neopets account.. I guess they should be hacking into it soon..(Don't know if I did the right thing.. Afterall, one of them is having PSLE this year.. but, whatever..) Both my nieces have hp lah.. So unfair.. I only got mine in sec sch and i still have to share with my mum then.. :( Children nowadays are so pampered.. tsk tsk..
Just yesterday, my econs tutor told us that students should not spend too much time studying. They should complete their work fast then move on to do other things that they like.. not perfect also nevermind cuz there's always room for improvement.. How right he is!! I have decided to adopt his suggestion. Then I'll have more leisure time..hehe..
I'm really blessed to have wonderful tutors this year. My Econs tutor is simply fabulous!! His teaching style is something like Mrs Theresa Lim in Anderson.. Super interesting!! He even came up with this points accumulation game for his classes, where he accumulate the minutes you come early for his tutorials then allows you to redeem a free period when you have enough minutes!! So fun right?
On top of that, I simply look forward to FM lectures!! You must be thinking I'm crazy right? What's there to look forward to.. in a boring FM lecture somemore.. But no no.. You're wrong.. There's simply so much interesting things to learn in FM. I'm currently studying statistics and vector space.. A bit confusing sometimes but ultra mega fun.. I'm sure no one has heard of the word 'diagonalisable' right? (It's a mouthful too) Well, i'm learning how to diagonalise a square matrix.. Cool, right? Woo! So much fun going on in FM lectures.. No wonder I'm so excited about them!!
haha.. :P Wondering why I'm suddenly writing so much? That's because I'm feeling a lot of inspiration waves hitting me right now.. wham! bang! slap! Ouch! hehe.. Sorry ar.. I'm feeling a bit bo liao now.. I always wonder why people have so much to say in their blogs. Well, I seem to understand a little right now.. Oooh.. I see a blue moon! No wonder I'm typing so much too..
Gosh! I'm afraid I'm getting too crazy already.. I'd better stop now cuz what I continue to type will probably not make much sense anymore.. hehe.. see ya all soon!! Study hard! Study smart!! Enjoy Maths!!!
